For the price, controller size and compatibility with an LCD screen and dual brakes, it is very hard to beat. Depending on your battery, the motor will produce about 850-900 Watts with this controller, but I have gotten 1200 watts with another controller on a 48V battery for more steep hill-climbing ability.The motor has determined 1000W but the included controller at most 350W.
